TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To confirm your booking, you must pay 50% of the total cost of the programme and/or tour in advance.
If you cancel your booking 20 days before the start of the trip, 75% of the total cost will be refunded.
If you interrupt the planned itinerary our company will not cover any additional costs.
The cost of the trip is in two instalments. 50% will be paid one month before the start of the tour or travel expedition, the rest will be paid days before departure. If you have any comments please write to us to clarify all the details.
Bank transfer or deposits: Banco Internacional Ecuador, Current account in favour of Andean Mount Cía. Ltda. Please contact us to send you the details.
PayPal payments:Andean Mount - Travel Expeditions accepts online payments with PayPal, (if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.
To make a payment with Paypal or credit card to our Paypal account (account holder: Andean Mount Cia Ltda. (firstname.lastname@example.org), please confirm the amount (prepaid and/or remaining) to be charged with Andean Mount, then click on the "PayPal" button below, you will be asked to fill in the amount and details of your payment.
Cash payments:We accept cash in US dollars at our office located in Quito. San Sebastian, 10 minutes from Mariscal Sucre International Airport.
Our prices and fees are net prices in US $, depending on the payment method, charges, fees and/or commissions may apply at the customer's expense, e.g. paypal + 5.5%. Your final invoice will be credited with the net US $ amount of the prepayment or payment we receive.
